SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Shipping Policy
We process and ship all orders between Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays) from 9am-2pm. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the next working day. We currently ship within the UK only.
We offer a flat rate of £3.95 for Royal Mail second class delivery and £6.99 for Courier delivery. Any orders over £25 qualify for free delivery or the option to add Courier delivery for £6.99.
Orders are sent via Royal Mail or Courier, depending upon weight.
Standard Royal mail 2nd class delivery has a 3-5 working day lead time (subject to courier agent and bank holidays).
Courier delivery has a 1-2 working day lead time (subject to courier agent and bank holidays).
Free collection is available from our Roastery in Amble, please select ‘Collection in Person’ when placing your order for this option. You will then be notified when your order is ready for you to collect.
Returns and refunds policy
We hope you receive your order promptly and without any issue. However, should you have any issue with the supplied product(s), please get in touch and let us know so we can understand the problem and resolve any issues quickly and with as little inconvenience to you as possible. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original packaging.
Your statutory rights remain - You have the right to cancel your online order with us (for any reason), up to 14 days from receipt of your order. You must return the goods (unused and complete), at your own cost unless the goods are faulty. You should contact us to arrange collection of goods if faulty and we will issue a replacement. You will be refunded within 14 days of the goods being received by us, subject to goods being returned unused and complete.
If you receive goods which do not match those that you ordered, unless already agreed upon between the Seller and the Client, we will offer an exchange for the correct product (if available) or a full refund through the payment method used by the Client when purchasing the goods. The Client must inform the Seller within 14 days of their purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
